Client Job Description: Incident Manager Location: Hybrid Model, some travel to Miami/Fort Lauderdale will be required. JD: Job Description: A motivated, experienced, articulate, and driven IT network incident manager with a keen interest and understanding of network engineering operations for a forward-looking cruise line in Florida. Strong IT networking background is required as well as a knowledge of Support Desk processes. Required Technical Skills: Cisco Networking Solutions Wireless Access Points, Firewalls, Routers, Switches.
